Our Return policy

In principle, you cannot cancel or return the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, just go to our contact page and tell us the exact issue so we can start the return/refund process. 

You must contact us first if you request a refund. Otherwise, you won't be eligible for a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive damaged products, make sure to reach out to us and send us video asap. So we can get the issue fixed for you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Our Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order, depending on your location and the fastest available service. The typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 10 business days.The typical delivery time of the U.S is between 9 to 12 business days. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

 

Subscriptions Policy

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it 30 days before the end of the subscription. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.

Any cancellation made after an order has been placed, will be subject to a cancellation fee of $0.5 regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24-48 hours after we have shipped the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
